Cheap hotel in a quiet area so close to tourist attractions-Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Colosseum, Palazzo Barberini, trains and buses for the city, and Quiet. A nice size rooms with twin beds and excellent mattress, for instance, had a really enjoyable stay for the nights of Sept. A lot of good food for meals.

This is an ideal hotel for a City trip to Rome and we'd be happy to stay here again. The hotel is conveniently located for all the sights and there are numerous restaurants near by. It's also close enough to the station to be able to walk from it. Also near by is the Metro and pick up points for the open top bus tours. Breakfast is good, hotel is quiet and the air conditioning efficient, we also liked the free internet access so we could check-in on line 24hrs before our departure. The free city map provided by the hotel upon check-in was brilliant and invaluable.

24h reception, really good breakfast for italian standards, 5min walk to the station, good gastronomy in the immediate vicinity, very comfortable bed, kettle in the room
The bathroom made a 1st charming impression, but had a closer look at the best times and it always smelled like sewer :-(. Despite the hotel not being fully booked, we got a room on the 4th (top) floor - in the hallway under a partly open roof, which meant that the room was always cool to cold, and that other rooms on this floor were renovated / refurbished, which led to an enormous noise level from 8am in the morning it shouldn't have been a low season to give this room, too bad!
